Beats me. And I know what you mean! A manmade lagoon in Arizona wouldn't seem to be the most environmentally sensitive thing to be doing.
Interesting idea, though I question the idea of an outdoor amphitheater in Phoenix. It’s gonna be unbelievably hot a lot of the year, presumably when you want it filled with people
Good point. Might it be tolerable at night, though? Folks could always jump into that giant manmade lake right next to the amphitheater.
On the other hand, I can see folks flying in from cold climes in the winter to catch major shows there and making a mini vacation out of it.
