I agree the lagoon shows are fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the horror-themed one they did for Halloween Horror Nights when we visited a couple of years ago.
The revamp of the kids' section was long overdue. I can't imagine any kid these days knows who Woody Woodpecker is (though my kids did love his little Nuthouse kiddie coaster). Good to hear Universal is continuing to freshen things up in the old parks.
Glad you agree about the lagoon shows. And yes, the HHN ones are great. So, are you deferring your trip until Epic Universe opens? Or might you consider visiting before then given the new stuff?
I'm deferring. With a family of four it's always an expensive trip, especially since we tend to stay for several days on site. And they've outgrown the kid section so that's no longer a feature that would draw us down there.
