All this stuff is super cool. I'm particularly interested in the use of AI interactivity, as I think it's realistic to expect we will have pretty solid conversational AI within the next 5 years. Combine that with a natural sounding text to voice system (such as is currently being used with Spotify's personal DJ AI), and suddenly you've got a character that not only moves realistically, but can talk to guests without direct human intervention. Imagine a help kiosk staffed by thematic animatronics that can assist guests with directions or general park questions.

Obviously there are guardrails that need to be in place to ensure they can't be manipulated by guests into saying something inappropriate, etc. but I'm confident that kind of thing will be worked out as this technology becomes more commonplace.

I love the point about kids just being able to accept this tech as natural. My kids have never known a world where you can't talk to a machine. To them this won't be a miracle, it will simply be an improvement upon a technology they've had their whole lives.
