This is an interesting story. I wanted to see them one last time as well, and enjoyed the concert shortly after the WWA tradeshow. We had to drive back in time to make it back to North Texas by that evening.

I think it's pretty cool. When you say "Does it matter?" I think you drive the point home perfectly. It's another way to experience music - does it matter if it's a different way than what we've seen in the past? I don't think so. I think it's just another step in making the live music experience accessible to more people.

We've seen a great example of this with the success of Taylor Swift's Eras tour movie - it proved given the demand, people will take a concert in whatever form they can get it. The videogame Fortnite even has virtual concerts I've attended with my son. And I could see one day donning a VR headset to enjoy the experience of being at a concert you may not have the means or budget to attend in real life. I think anything that allows more people to have access to music is a great thing.

As far as virtual KISS goes, I love the idea of digital immortality. How fascinating would it be if we had virtual avatars of other famous musicians or historical figures captured while they were living? The tech's not going away, so I'm all for exploring the possibilities.

I've seen KISS twice live in concert and it was always a fun show. They've always been unafraid to take their brand into all kinds of crazy directions, so I think it's fitting they're among the first to explore this new frontier.

Nicely said Tim. I think the key is to do it well. And I believe Thierry and Jojo and the team with which they are working will do it quite well.
