Hey scrubs, it’s time for another “Rode It! Loved It!” (my reviews of established attractions that are exclusively for paid subscribers). This time we are visiting Universal Studios Florida to battle bugs aboard Men In Black Alien Attack. Not a paid subscriber? Please consider upgrading or I might just zap you with my blaster. Surely, you’ve noticed that there aren’t any intrusive ads at About Theme Parks, right? Paid subscriptions are my only source of income here. And journalists should get compensated for their work, right? Paid subscribers receive exclusive bonus content such as my “Rode It! Loved It!” reviews as well as the ability to post comments. Why not join this wonderful group today?

So, you Will Smith-wannabes think you have the stuff to join the Men in Black? Slip on some black shades, enter the “recruitment program” at MIB Alien Attack and find out. Issued laser guns, passengers travel in ultra-sophisticated vehicles through an alien-infested New York City streetscape and rack up points by blasting the otherworldly bugs.

Beware. The bugs, it turns out, blast back. It’s zap or be zapped time.

Head to the world's fair pavilion for some phony theme park nonsense. (Universal Studios)
