I must say I really like the idea of restoring classic woodies vs an automatic RMC overhaul. It seems like a great way to extend the life of an older ride without sacrificing what makes it a classic. I guess it remains to be seen just how effective it will be. Hoping for the best.

I know you hear it time and time again, but it truly is the one episode I look forward to the most each year. Tim, I agree that in some cases, restoring a wooden coaster makes a great deal of sense. Let’s face it, with all of these conversions, we’re losing a lot of woodies. Here’s to more refurbishments.
