Well, Im looking forward to seeing Happily Ever after again. I think the fam and I will be going to Disney this year. Happy that we won't have to pay for parking at the hotel. Not so happy that we still have to jump through so many hoops just to ride Avatar.
As I wrote, I know that a whole bunch of fans (like you?) were sorry to see HEA go away. And I know they'll be thrilled to see it return. But Enchantment is (IMHO) just fine. Still, I'm curious about the enhancements Disney will be making to the nighttime show.
I think you’re right, more changes are on the way, but I think the end of park reservations completely and totally is never going to happen. You could argue that Disney is losing out on revenue by potentially preventing people from coming into the park, but I think they are completely fine with the current mix of available labor and resources to service the (still humungous) crowds they are admitting in.
You may be right. And I wasn't suggesting that totally dropping all park reservations should necessarily be the end game. But there are still some modifications Disney could–and likely will–make to help restore some goodwill.
